The article “How to do Safe Business in China: Due Diligence of Chinese Partners” is based on the extensive experience in this area of R&P managing director Maarten Roos and his team of Chinese lawyers. The article was originally written for and published in the Dutch language by a leading trade association in the Netherlands, Fenedex. Re-published in English and syndicated through Mondaq, the article was recently awarded a prize for most-read article on Chinese legal issues in August.
