员工虚假报销是违背诚信原则的行为，是欺诈公司、损害公司利益的行为。因此，许多公司在发现员工存在虚假报销的行为后，选择以虚假报销严重违反公司规章制度为由解除与员工的劳动合同。但是，我们发现在实践中，仍存在许多公司败诉的案例，尽管员工存在虚假报销行为，公司仍被认定为违法解除，需要支付违法解除赔偿金。
