Matt passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in 2022. Prior to joining R&P, he gained valuable experience working with a globally renowned contractor and a distinguished law firm.
Matt holds Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Hunan Normal University. His primary areas of expertise include litigation and arbitration in construction engineering, real estate, and commercial disputes. With extensive experience in project management, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire project development process.
He speaks both Mandarin and English.
