Dan has extensive experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and IP strategy in China. Before joining R&P, she worked at two leading Chinese IP law firms, assisting both international and domestic clients in protecting and managing their intellectual property rights.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the China University of Political Science and Law and is a qualified trademark attorney.
Dan is fluent in Mandarin and English.
