Zachary focuses on foreign direct investment (FDI) providing legal and compliance support for foreign-invested enterprises in China. With solid experience handling filing, transactional, and regulatory matters involving AMR, SAFE, Customs, banks and other relevant authorities, Zachary provides comprehensive compliance support across different stages of clients’ business operations and assists in establishing effective communication with regulators.
Zachary graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with an LL.B. and a dual degree in English. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
