Tony Lu joins R&P China Lawyers as Litigation Partner

R&P is proud to announce that it has strenghtened its team with Tony (Zhenbin) Lu, who has joined the firm as Head of the Dispute Resolution Team.

With a degree at the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom (LLM) and licenced as a PRC lawyer and litigator since 2001, Tony worked for several large Shanghai law firms including Albright Law Office and Deheng Shanghai office, and as in-house litigation counsel for a Fortune 500 company.

Tony supports foreign and foreign-invested companies in dispute resolution. His main practice areas are commercial litigation, IP counterfeiting & enforcement, administrative & criminal cases (incl. related to corruption), employment arbitration & litigation, real estate disputes and customs issues. He has also represented clients before the CIETAC in Shanghai and the Hong Kong Arbitration Centre.

Tony has represented various Fortune 500 companies and their Chinese subsidiaries in dealing with all kinds of disputes in China. Clients include multinationals in healthcare, automotive, general manufacturing and other industries, as well as foreign SME’s and individuals.
