Maarten was invited to speak on “Legal Battles: The Ins and Outs of Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation in China” at an event hosted by swisscham.org in May. Topics included corruption and the influence of local protectionism, evidence rules, enforcement challenges and cost to litigation and arbitration.
