As R&P continues to expand, we are seeking a new senior lawyer to join our Beijing Office, to cooperate with our Beijing and Shanghai teams and provide high-quality legal support to our international clientele.

As a senior lawyer of R&P China Lawyers, your key responsibilities will be:

• Drafting / reviewing contracts and other legal documents with minimal supervision
• Conducting legal due diligence and M&A related tasks
• Advising on FDI and handling RO, WFOE, FICE and JV incorporation
• Litigation and arbitration work (Commercial, Employment)
• Providing legal advice on Commercial, Corporate and Labor Law related matters
• Other works as assigned by the management

To qualify as the ideal candidate you have/are:

• Minimum of 4 years of working experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel
• Excellent ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review contracts and other legal documents
• Working experience with international clients in FDI, M&A, Commercial Contracts and/or Litigation
• Excellent team player
• LLB and/or LLM
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• PRC qualifications preferred
