We are extremely pleased to announce that two of our colleagues have been invited into the firm’s partnership. Ms. Limeng Yang and Mr. Eric Yuan have both done excellent work for R&P and our clients since they joined, both over 9 years ago. This is recognition of their outstanding contribution to the firm's success and their expertise, hard work, and dedication to the firm's clients in their respective focus areas.
Limeng Yang is qualified in both the PRC and New York, and is part of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. She represents clients in negotiations, arbitration, and litigation in Chinese courts, focusing mainly on corporate and contract disputes. She also supports in compliance-related work and gets involved in legal due diligence projects and employment terminations.
Eric Yuan is qualified in the PRC and leads R&P’s employment practice. Eric is frequently involved in mass-layoffs all over the country, and represents clients in settlement negotiations with senior managers; and represents the Chinese subsidiaries of international companies in labor arbitration and/or court to defend against (former) employee claims. In addition, Eric also supports clients on non-employment administrative, compliance and criminal cases, especially in and around Shanghai.
