Rogier van Bijnen joins R&P China Lawyers in Beijing
After working for several years at Linklaters LLP Beijing and De Brauw Blackstone Westboek Beijing, Rogier van Bijnen has joined forces with R&P China Lawyers in Beijing. As of 1 March 2014, Rogier will head R&P Beijing office. To better cater the needs of foreign clients and international companies, that require high quality legal advice and practical solutions in the Beijing area, R&P is pleased to have Rogier joining its fast growing firm and bringing his expertise and China experience for the benefit of our existing clients. Rogier has great experience in advising MNC, private equity and large SME clients on FDI, M&A, corporate and other legal matters.
R&P Beijing office will be headed by Rogier and continue to assist foreign clients together with R&P Shanghai office in the areas of dispute resolution (litigation & arbitration), commercial contracts, IP, employment and other legal matters as required by clients.
