Stacey Wu joined R&P after internships at Jin Mao PRC Lawyers as well as the Public Prosecution Department of the Shanghai Jing'an District People’s Procuratorate.
Stacey’s practice focuses on employment law. She supports clients on the drafting of employment contracts, staff handbooks and other employment-related documents and advises clients on day-to-day matters relating to employment, social insurance and individual income tax. Stacey also represents clients in labor disputes, and supports senior lawyers and partners on restructurings and other large-scale employment-related projects,
Clients include many subsidiaries of foreign multinational and transnational companies from Europe and North America.
Stacey obtained a LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law.
