Before joining R&P, Lucia worked for over four years at a well-known French law firm, where she gained extensive experience in foreign direct investment (FDI) and general corporate affairs for foreign-invested enterprises.
Specializing in corporate law, Lucia has developed solid expertise in advising and coordinating FDI projects across a wide range of industries. She regularly leads and manages complex investment structures for clients from Europe, North America, Australia, and other regions, demonstrating a deep understanding of cross-border regulatory frameworks and business practices.
She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from Sichuan University and a Master’s degree from Paul-Valéry University (France).
Lucia is licensed as a PRC lawyer.
She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and French, enabling her to communicate effectively with international clients and bridge cultural and legal differences in cross-border transactions.
