Gloria Ge has been a lawyer with R&P China Lawyers since 2022, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, international trade, and corporate governance. She provides comprehensive legal services to foreign-invested enterprises operating in China as well as to Chinese companies engaging in outbound investments.
She studied international commercial law and graduated with a master's degree from the University of Birmingham.
