Rinky's practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters. She advises multinational clients on their China operations, with experience in regulatory compliance and transactional structuring.
Before joining R&P, she worked for AllBright Law Offices on capital markets and IPO projects, gaining practical experience in regulatory issues for securities and corporate governance under PRC law.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
Rinky is fluent in Mandarin and English.
