Xinyi has solid experience in brand protection, trademark enforcement and strategic IP management. Before joining R&P in 2023, she advised clients at Foridom IP Law Firm on complex trademark portfolios, official action responses, contentious proceedings and customs IP protection.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from Shanghai University and is a qualified lawyer and trademark attorney. Xinyi is fluent in Mandarin and English.
