Nico is a skilled lawyer with extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and debt enforcement in China. A graduate of East China University of Political Science and Law, she specializes in real estate and financial disputes, as well as the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Nico joined R&P in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as a lead lawyer at a boutique financial dispute law firm. Prior to that, she served as in-house counsel at the headquarters of two listed foreign real estate groups, where she gained valuable insights into corporate legal matters.
Nico has represented leading multinational banking and financial clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases. She has a strong record of achieving favorable outcomes in cross-border disputes before Chinese courts and arbitral institutions.
Beyond dispute resolution, Nico has advised on compliance investigations for one of the world’s largest petrochemicals manufacturer, including internal regulatory reviews and compliance risk assessments.
She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
