We are proud to announce the publication of the article “No longer staining to be heard,” written by partner, Luo Ai, and foreign associate attorney, David Hartung as a cover story in the recently released November issue of China Law and Practice. The article discusses is “an insightful commentary on recent policies relating to unionization and collective bargaining,” as China’s government is pressuring businesses, especially foreign businesses to reconsider unionization and collective bargaining as part of a broader effort to tackle income distribution inequality. The article also discusses how new measures at the regional and nationwide level will impact businesses of all sizes, and what steps, if any, business should consider in response.

We congratulate our attorneys on their publication. The article is available online here.
